Approach
We work as a productised consultancy: every engagement follows a fixed framework, but the result is tailored to your practice. That keeps the effort predictable without ending up with a stock report that does not fit your operation. What the analysis covers is described under Analysis & consulting.
Principles
Section titled “Principles”- Your data, not assumptions. Recommendations are based on data from your scanners, your appointment book and your billing. Where data is missing or unreliable, we say so.
- Uncertainty is reported, not averaged away. Durations and revenues vary. We work with ranges and make it transparent how certain a statement is.
- Small steps with decision points. Each phase ends with a tangible result, and you decide whether and how to continue.
- Explainable, not a black box. Metrics and models are explained so that practice management, physicians and radiographers can check them.
- Data protection as a prerequisite. Pseudonymisation and data processing agreements are settled before any data is shared.
- Operations, not medicine. We work on planning and economics. That does not touch diagnostic or therapeutic decisions.
Guardrails for economic planning
Section titled “Guardrails for economic planning”We align planning with economics. So that this does not damage patient care, fixed limits apply in every engagement. They are not negotiable and are reflected in every tool we build.
Medical urgency always comes first
Section titled “Medical urgency always comes first”Urgency outranks any economic consideration. Your mandate to provide care and the obligations of statutory health insurance practice remain the framework for all planning. No model proposes postponing an urgent exam in favour of an economically more attractive one.
Waiting times are monitored
Section titled “Waiting times are monitored”Lead times and waiting times are tracked continuously as a guardrail, so that economic planning does not come at the expense of patient care.
Decisions are auditable and documented
Section titled “Decisions are auditable and documented”Every weighting, every planning rule and every change to them is documented and can be reviewed afterwards. We make proposals; your practice decides which appointments are given.
