Engagement model

The core of the offering is the analysis with consulting on top. What is evaluated and which data it requires is described under Analysis & consulting. This page is about how an engagement runs and where you decide.

We clarify your question, look at what data exists in the RIS, the scheduling system, billing and on the modalities, and say frankly whether an analysis is worth it. The conversation is free of obligation and free of charge.

Deliverable: an assessment of which modules make sense, and a concrete proposal for the scope of the analysis.

Goal: understand what your data says about the economic and operational situation.

  • Agreeing on the required exports and signing the data processing agreement
  • Receiving pseudonymised data and checking it for completeness and plausibility
  • Jointly defining the cost allocation
  • Evaluation: cost and contribution margin per scanner hour, revenue mix and budget state, exam times and their spread, utilisation, delays

Deliverable: the evaluated metrics together with findings on data quality.

Goal: turn figures into decisions.

  • Analysis report with all assumptions, calculation paths and limitations
  • Workshop with you and, if you wish, with medical and commercial management
  • Prioritised measures, each with its expected effect as a range and with the effort of implementing it

Deliverable: a basis for decisions you can act on even without further collaboration. At this point the analysis is complete.

Goal: support measures permanently where that pays off.

  • Building the most important evaluation into a dashboard, planning support or quarterly monitor, initially as a prototype
  • Trialling it with the people who will use it – scheduling staff, radiographers, management
  • If it proves useful, turning it into robust software with regular data updates, operation and further development

Deliverable: software in everyday use, with agreed support. This step is voluntary; the analysis stands on its own.

After each phase, we review the results together. You decide whether the project moves to the next phase, is adjusted or ends. The results of a completed phase remain available to you in any case.
